Discover the enchanting Camigliano winery, where passion for winemaking meets respect for the environment and tradition. Nestled in the heart of a stunning landscape, Camigliano is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that embody the essence of its unique territory.

Camigliano winery stands as a beacon of quality and tradition in the realm of winemaking. Emphasizing the importance of preserving the typicality of its territory, this remarkable winery commits to continuous improvement through biological and advanced production methods, all while maintaining a profound respect for the surrounding environment.

Deeply rooted in the philosophy of sustainable winemaking, the winery is the product of a visionary transformation, where the demolition of an old, invasive structure has breathed new life into the ancient town square, enhancing its architectural beauty and opening up to breathtaking landscapes. The winery's modern architecture consists of two distinct levels that play crucial roles in the wine production process.

The first level houses thermo-conditioned stainless steel vats ranging from 97 to 122 hectoliters, ensuring optimal fermentation conditions. The lower level, both underground and climate-controlled, features 60 hectoliter French oak barrels, selected with care according to the specific vintage, as well as state-of-the-art concrete vats designed for contemporary wine production. A significant part of the winery is also dedicated to the storage and bottling of their exquisite wines, showcasing their commitment to quality at every stage of the process.

The grapes at Camigliano are meticulously harvested by hand, ensuring that only the best fruit makes its way into the winemaking process. Following a traditional oshillys method, the wine is conveyed into the vats by gravity alone, avoiding the use of pumps and minimizing disturbance to the delicate liquid. This hands-on approach highlights the winery's dedication to craftsmanship and quality.

Visitors to Camigliano can immerse themselves in the ancient tasting cellar, an atmospheric space nestled beneath the village's historic walls, adorned with beautifully exposed beams and rustic stone walls. Here, guests can partake in guided tastings, savoring the rich history and diverse profiles of their Brunello wines. Each tasting session provides a unique opportunity to mediate, reflect, and appreciate the evolution of these wines over the years, from their visual intricacies to their aromatic complexities and flavor nuances.

Camigliano winery is not merely a place to produce wine; it is a magical backdrop where passion, tradition, and innovation coalesce, inviting enthusiasts and newcomers alike to explore the beauty of Brunello and the enchanting terroir it hails from.
